Universities launch programs to retain international students

Data show U.S. colleges and universities are serving a record 800,000 international students. This growing student population has prompted many institutions to partner with for-profit groups that specialize in helping such students transition to the U.S. college system. Programs include lessons on time management, study skills and cultural awareness.
