Whether or not a hotel's Web audience uses broadband may be more significant than some may think, with research showing that the time people spend online doubles and they visit 2.5 times more sites when they have broadband. Hoteliers should make sure their Web sites are optimized and prepared to welcome broadband users, an expert says.
