JPMorgan Chase to build skyscraper near ground zero

JPMorgan Chase says it is in a deal to build a $2 billion, 42-story tower near ground zero in Manhattan. The skyscraper, to be built on the site of the soon-to-be-demolished Deutsche Bank building, will house the company's investment banking headquarters.
