Classes allow mother to help other parents of children with disabilities

Diana Malcolm, whose 13-year-old son has multiple disabilities, has gone from student to teacher. Through the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Malcolm took classes to learn more about her son's disorders and now helps teach other parents the skills they need to navigate special-education and health systems.
