Finance ministers of G-8 see "signs of stabilization"

At the Group of Eight meeting in Italy during the weekend, finance ministers said they see "signs of stabilization" in the economy, although uncertainties remain. The officials discussed exit strategies for stimulus efforts, but they did not reach a consensus. U.K. Chancellor Alistair Darling advised other officials to make sure they nurture any signs of economic recovery.
