Florida board to vote on reservoir repair

It could cost about $125 million to repair a reservoir in Florida's Hillsborough County, officials say. Repairs would keep the reservoir, which cost $147 million to build, out of service for two seasons. The utility board responsible for the area's water will vote this week on the repair process.
