Sorensen: Communication key to VAR business success

Peer-to-peer business networks are becoming an important part of the VAR landscape, helping member companies learn from each others' mistakes by sharing their experiences in a non-competitive setting. According to Arlin Sorensen, head of Iowa-based Heartland Technology Solutions, such groups differ from social-networking sites like Facebook because of the depth of their connections.
