JPMorgan's CMBS conduit deal is the largest in nearly 2 years

JPMorgan Securities sold $716.3 million in a commercial mortgage-backed securitization conduit deal, the largest in almost two years. Investor demand was solid, and the offering is seen as a gauge of investor appetite for securities linked to the commercial-property market. Banks are once again starting to be able to bundle and sell loans from a number of borrowers for multiloan CMBS issues.
