U.K. patients are getting prescriptions for dance sessions instead of drugs as part of a wellness pilot program seeking a holistic approach to health care. Instructor Dolly Martin says dance is nonthreatening exercise that helps with overall fitness, increased mobility and coordination, and stronger bones.
