Report charges significant Pakistani involvement with Taliban

Pakistan's intelligence agency, the Inter-Services Intelligence, remains intimately involved in supporting the Taliban insurgency in Afghanistan as an official policy, the London School of Economics says in a new report. Financial support, trainings and protection are among the services the ISI provides in exchange for influence, the report charges. Pakistani officials dismissed the allegations and called the report "speculative."
