Rigging contractor to stand trial in NYC crane case

The rigging contractor on the crane that crashed in New York in 2008 and killed seven people is poised to stand trial. Prosecutors charge that contractor William Rapetti did an inadequate job of securing the 200-foot crane, which was at work on a condo tower near the U.N. building when it toppled.
