Schwarzenegger pushes for high-speed rail demo line

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to put high-speed rail on the fast track in California with a "demonstration" corridor that would run between Los Angeles and San Diego. He wants the link in place by November before he leaves office, although critics say expensive upgrades to existing rail lines would be necessary before the train could operate.
