Teachers in Utah spend summer bridging the technology divide

Many teachers in Salt Lake City are spending their summer break training in the latest educational technology, saying their students already are proficient. The training covers Web pages, using GPS in lessons, interactive whiteboards, podcasts and other topics. "We are not digital natives," technology instructor Jeanene Prince said. "We're learning how to use it in a different way than the students are."
