Little-known lovage

Lovage isn't a particularly popular herb, but its bold flavor, which is like a cross between parsley and celery, makes it a must-have for summer dishes. Lovage imparts great flavor and aromas when cooked slowly in stews and sauces but also adds a fresh kick to quicker recipes such as omelets and slaws.
