Officials in Clearfield County, Pa., are satisfied with how Pennsylvania Grain Processing is running its ethanol plant, which the company brought back online after buying it for a little less than $10 million last year. "It does appear to us to be a very efficiently run operation. It also appears to us to be managed by people who are in the business of manufacturing ethanol or are in the business of being involved with agribusiness," said County Commissioner John Sobel. "Hopefully, they'll expand their operation and employ more people because that puts more money into the local economy," he said.
