Companies are losing millions of dollars each day due to delays in approval procedures for liquefied natural gas export projects, said Rex Tillerson, chairman and CEO of ExxonMobil. Tillerson's remarks came after Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz said he seeks to "expeditiously" start project reviews. "It's a very competitive marketplace. It's not like people are just going to stand at our door like panting dogs just waiting for us to give this (LNG) to them," Tillerson said.
