Miller stops legal challenge to ad campaign

Deciding its case against Anheuser-Busch's ad campaign labeling Miller Lite as the "Queen of Carbs" was distracting and that the ads were not adversely affecting Miller sales, SABMiller dropped the case, saying, "We're very interested in getting our full attention back on selling beer." Both companies remain involved in disputes over wording in some Anheuser-Busch ads that discuss the ownership of SABMiller.
