The Hewlett-Packard Recycling Center is a mishmash of monitors, printers, video cassettes and other outdated gadgets that are melted down and turned to copper dust. Electronics recycling programs are becoming the norm now that government regulations dictate how old technology can be disposed of, and more companies ramp up their own recycling centers for customer use.
