Bankers voice concerns about FSA's proposed changes

In a letter to the UK Financial Services Authority, the British Bankers' Association explained concerns about a proposal that would change requirements for banks' capital and liquidity. "Insufficient attention has been paid to understanding the impact of these measures or the way in which they interrelate," said association chief Angela Knight.
