New York shop opens doors to unemployed ad workers

Ariel Horn, owner of a small New York ad agency, has issued an open invitation to unemployed ad and marketing professionals to use his office while they're job hunting. The arrangement gives those seeking work a base for their activities and gives Horn access to a cadre of creative types, who are encouraged to pitch him ideas for new business. If Horn gets the work, he hires the creator to helm the project.
