2 new downtown Denver hotels prepare to open as market recovers

Two new downtown Denver hotels, representing the first newly built hotels in the city's downtown in five years, are preparing to open. Hiring has started for the 403-room Embassy Suites Denver-Downtown Convention Center, due to open in early December, and the 239-room Four Seasons Hotel Denver, due to open in late October. And with year-over-year occupancy rates of hotels in the city increasing 5.6% in the first four months of the year, the hotels are opening as the market appears to be on the rebound.
