Boeing teams with Northrop Grumman in bid for GMD contract

Boeing and Northrop Grumman Corp. have teamed up on a strategic partnership to pursue a contract with the U.S. Missile Defense Agency for the management of all industrial work for the Ground-based Midcourse Defense system. The contract is expected to be worth about $600 million a year.
