EU's Rehn calls Moody's downgrade of Greece ill-advised

European Economic and Monetary Affairs Commissioner Olli Rehn said a decision by Moody's Investors Service to downgrade the credit rating of Greece was ill-advised and ill-timed. Rehn also said the move raised additional concerns about credit rating agencies. "Moody's decision came at quite an astonishing and unfortunate moment," Rehn said.
