Hospital program ensures all newborns get a pediatrician

The Baby Gateway pilot program at Watsonville Community Hospital in California ensures all newborns have access to a pediatrician and are signed up for health insurance. Parents also get a crash course on caring for an infant, including when to take the child to see a physician or go to a hospital emergency department.
