Nestle is most likely candidate in Polish chocolate company purchase

Wedel, Poland's oldest chocolate company, is on the market and industry experts say that Nestle looks to be the most likely candidate for acquiring the business. Kraft Foods is selling Wedel to comply with EU competition rules in its purchase of Cadbury. There are six companies in the running to buy the Polish business, including Hershey, but experts say Nestle is the strongest contender because of its presence in Eastern Europe and desire to expand its reach there.
