President Barack Obama, in his first Oval Office address, reassured the nation that 90 percent of the oil leaking into the Gulf of Mexico will be contained within weeks. He also used the speech to urge Congress to pass clean-energy legislation, a move that drew criticism from Republicans. "Right now, the president's No. 1 priority needs to be keeping the jobs in the energy sector from going overseas, and restoring the Gulf of Mexico," said Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas.
