Hospital's Power Breakfast serves up healthy diet options

Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in Daytona Beach served up a Power Breakfast of tofu, veggie patties and beans as part of an initiative to expose people to different and healthy diets, such as vegan. Director of Food and Nutrition Services Shawn Noseworthy touted the health benefits of a plant-based diet and the importance of eating a good breakfast.
