Nevada's $1.5B Union Village project moves forward with land sale

The sale of a 151-acre lot by officials of Henderson City, Nev., to the developers of the $1.5 billion Union Village project signals the next phase of its development. The venture, dubbed an "integrated health village," will integrate an ultramodern medical campus with residential buildings, a hotel, restaurants, and retail and medical office space.
