Americans often confused in determining their own health standards

Some health-conscious Americans have given up, claiming it's too hard to make the lifestyle changes necessary to conform to the definition of healthy. One health expert from the University of Colorado School of Medicine says he wishes people would take the original federal guideline to do at least 30 minutes of moderate activity more seriously.
