Philadelphia schools chief Paul Vallas has made big strides in his efforts to turn around the struggling district, but some big challenges lay ahead, such as implementing a new curriculum. James Nevels, chairman of the School Reform Commission, says Vallas must "continue the momentum of reform" to be successful in the end.
