FDA project will get info to doctors more quickly

More than 100,000 physicians have already signed up for the FDA's Health Care Notification Network, which is expected to launch in July. The network -- paid for by drug and device makers -- will mean it will take only a day or two instead of three or four weeks for doctors to be notified of a new problem with drugs or devices.
