Report says Canada needs to boost health care IT in homes

A report from the Canadian Home Care Association says that the Canadian government needs to find ways to use IT applications in residents' homes, which is where most health care takes place. The report offers nine recommendations and says IT can help improve quality of life for home-care patients.
