Doctors cite myriad of problems with health care system

Physicians discussed problems with the health care system following President Barack Obama's speech to the American Medical Association, citing an overload of administrative paperwork, a lack of time with patients and uninsured patients as major problems to be addressed. One family physician said the system is too complex and doesn't support strong doctor-patient relationships because physicians are paid to do procedures, not talk to patients.
