Pilots: FAA user fees could clip Angel Flight's wings

Pilots who volunteer in the Angel Flight charity medical transport program say new user fees proposed by the FAA could prevent them from taking part in the program. Under the proposal, pilots would pay the fees for air traffic control, including charges for every call made to the tower for landing, take off and weather reports, and the increasing fees could cause a decrease in charity flights, the pilots say.
