Tillerson: Oil price changes aren't being driven by demand

ExxonMobil CEO Rex Tillerson said Tuesday that demand for oil has not picked up, so market price fluxuations are being caused by a weak dollar and investors trying to get ahead of a recovery. "When you look at just fundamentals, there's not a lot to support the kind of price movement we have seen, let's say, in the last six weeks," Tillerson said.
