Chef Michel Richard's food takes flight

Since February, chef Michel Richard has been working to re-create his D.C. restaurant Central's dishes for airline passengers. Under a deal with British Airways, Richard has designed the menu for two transcontinental flights beginning this month. The most challenging element was reconfiguring his recipes and cooking methods so airport catering kitchens can replicate the dishes.
