Inland acquires 2 Florida retail properties for $74M

Inland Real Estate Acquisitions has acquired two shopping centers in Tradition, a Port Lucie, Fla., planned development community, for $74 million. The Landing at Tradition, at 498,332 square feet, is anchored by a Target. The nearby 102,421-square-foot Tradition Village Center is anchored by a Publix. Core Communities, which developed Tradition, was the seller.
