Louisiana casino revenue slid in May

Louisiana's casinos reported a 9.3% decrease in revenue for May compared with the same month in 2009. The state's 13 riverboat casinos, four racinos and New Orleans downtown casino took in $203.6 million for May. Many of the riverboat casinos cater to Texas gamblers, but they could face a loss in traffic because of the oil spill off the Mississippi Gulf coast.
