Asiana Airlines opens first airport lounge for disabled passengers

Asiana Airlines opened the first-ever airport lounge made specifically for disabled people, in South Korea's Incheon International Airport. The lounge was designed with an open layout for wheelchair users and has Braille notices for blind passengers. “I think that the Hansarang Lounge, where customers can check in for their flights, upgrades services for disabled passengers,” Asiana President Young-Doo Yoon said. “The company will continue improving its services to ensure that all Asiana passengers can receive the services of the highest quality.”
