ECB's Nowotny frets over strict stress tests

The European Central Bank runs the risk of going "far beyond what the U.S. has done" in stress testing the region's banks, according to Ewald Nowotny, a member of the bank's Governing Council. That could "lead to exaggerations" and judgments that are too strict, Nowotny said.
