Literacy group is building "little libraries" in N.C. parks

A partnership between Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department in North Carolina and the literacy group Reading Connections is aiming to improve literacy skills by providing access to free books at local parks. Organizers said they hope to have at least one "little library" -- a box of free books on various reading levels that patrons can borrow or keep -- in each of Guilford County's 300 parks.
