Minority-owned network BabyFirst nears 50M viewer mark

BabyFirst, one of four minority-owned networks carried by Comcast as part of its acquisition of NBCUniversal, is aiming to reach a potential audience of 50 million viewers by the close of 2014. About a third of mothers with a baby under three years old watch the network, said Sharon Rechter, BabyFirst's executive vice president of business development and marketing.
