Boeing improves Charleston plants to get 787 back on track

Boeing is recovering from production problems that forced it to postpone deliveries of its 787 jetliner. The company has made improvements at plants in Charleston, S.C. and this week completed an agreement to purchase 50% of a joint venture that operates one of the plants.
