Media misses mark on why women opt out of work force

It's not so much that women choose to leave work to raise a family as it is they are pushed out, says Joan Williams, director of the Center for WorkLife Law at the University of California. In a speech Williams gave at Northwestern University, she concludes that in order to create an inclusive work force, we need to dismantle corporate America's masculine norms.
