Obama presses McCain on infrastructure, energy

Citing ASCE's figures for infrastructure repair, Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama on Monday renewed calls for a National Infrastructure Reinvestment Bank. The candidate also said he would create 5 million new jobs by investing $150 billion in biofuels, renewable energy and clean coal.
