A Georgia report on alleged tampering with tests at four elementary schools emphasizes the enormous pressures school officials may be under to avoid failing to meet state goals under NCLB, according to this article. "There are so many pressures from so many directions," said a spokesman for Georgia's largest teachers' group. "This, at first blush, appears to be well-organized, goal-oriented and rather on a large scale."
