BRIC nations demand greater say in financial system

Leaders of Brazil, Russia, India and China gathered and demanded a louder voice in the financial world. "We are committed to advance the reform of international financial institutions, so as to reflect changes in the world economy," the nations said in a joint statement. The BRIC leaders did not call for changes in the dominance of the U.S. dollar.
