The social-media questions you should be asking

Some companies are asking how they can use Facebook and other social media platforms to recruit younger employees, but Laurie Ruettimann argues that they may be asking the wrong questions. Social media can be a fine recruiting tool, she notes, but not every company even needs to hire younger workers and certainly kids aren't the only people on these sites. And one more thing, while she's at it: "Why would you want to hire someone who uses social media sites when your company blocks those sites?"
