Court sentences former NYC crane inspector to prison

A New York state Supreme Court judge has sentenced James Delayo, the former chief of crane inspection in New York City, to two to six years in prison for taking more than $10,000 in bribes to fake results of inspection and licensing exams. Two years ago, two crane collapses killed nine people and spurred an investigation into corruption.
