Exercise improves asthma management, study finds

A Canadian study found that adults with asthma who performed aerobic exercise three times a week and strengthening exercises once a week for three months appeared to have better control of symptoms than their sedentary counterparts. Researchers also noted that the physically active group reported an improvement in quality of life.
